Obama Takes on Nation’s Largest Preschool

Bipartisan is a word politicians use to get elected. Its supposed to convey a sense of leadership transcending party lines. These days its a gibberish word but Obama is giving it meaning again.

I know by saying what I’m about to I run the risk of sounding like one of those people who deify Obama. The kind that Republicans refer to when they make the same old tired joke about Obama walking on water. But those people are ignorant to what is going on at this time in history. This is more than politics now. I hate saying this but I must call a spade a spade: something spiritual is going on. Obama is operating on an entirely different level than the rest of Washington and much of the country for that matter. His views are liberal but he isn’t working for liberalism, he’s working for what is right.

The Right are deeply entrenched in the old politics and won’t let go any time soon. They’re filled with negativity. They work for money and power while Obama works for justice. This is one reason Republicans are fighting him at every turn.

Obama has been bringing them in on every piece of legislation and they refuse to be a part of it. Obama is giving them a chance to get in on the projects that will restore this country to prosperity and the Repubretards refuse because it wasn’t their idea or they aren’t making money off of it, or simply because they’re Republicans and the idea is from a Democrat. 

These guys are acting like a bunch of preschoolers. Complete sore losers. Its ridiculous to see them cry and shit their pants over everything the liberals are doing. They come out in their press conferences and repeat the same old Bush administration lines trying to scare people into submission. They want to keep trying ideas we’ve tried multiple times under Bush. If I’m driving a car and I hit the brake I stop. I know that every time I hit the brake the car will slow to a stop. When the Republicans drive cars they never get very far. You know why? Because they always hit the brakes expecting it to switch functions one day and accelerate the car. Maybe that was a lame metaphor or analogy but I think it gets my point across. These people are the worst of the worst. They the most stubborn close minded people on this planet. All of them. The ones in congress and those who vote for the idiots in Congress. They won’t let anything get done.

The Repubs have a plan to be obstructionist then claim that Obama was ineffective at election time. I promise you that if the Republicans keep on fighting Obama on EVERYTHING as they are now, when the elections come around the American people will just vote even more Republicans out of office. We aren’t blind anymore (I was never blind but I speak for the rest of the people). The people see what the Republicans are doing and know exactly where to place the blame if nothing gets done.

The Republicans have driven America off enough cliffs in the past eight years. Its time to try something our way. The Democrats let the retards take over class long enough. I’m sick of hearing about Republicans not going along with Obama. I’m also sick of them holding up cabinet appointments for non-reasons. Let me let you in on a little secret: if a Republican holds up a cabinet appointment its because  he or she is trying to run out the clock on the statute of limitations on whatever crime the congressman or his friends have committed. 

Obama has been nice long enough. You petty assholes (the Republicans) better wake up and realize that the Dems don’t need your vote for anything. Your minority vote is now worth shit. So stop shitting on every opportunity to be on the right side of the issues before there are no more opportunities and you become like the dinosaurs. One of your problems is that you listen to Hannity and Rush - two people who don’t know shit. They don’t even believe what comes out of their own mouth!

Grow up and contribute something. Its a new era. We’re going to be positive whether you can handle it or not. We’re going to build instead of destroy. Get on board or get ass rammed by the ship.

I never though I could be more angry at the Republicans than I was during Bush but the new minority has really sunk to a new low.

Barack Obama ’s Truly Inspirational Inaugural Address

I was a child (six years old) when Clinton came into office. He was my first president and thus he is the standard by which I measure any president after him. That standard is actually pretty high. Clinton was great and I knew it as a child of about ten years old. In fact I remember being interested in politics way back in the third grade. During the election of ‘96 I would walk around the playground before school and during recess with my arm positioned awkwardly, holding an imaginary pen, doing an impression of Bob Dole. The kids loved it. The point that I’m trying to make with that story is that I’ve always known which candidate would be better for the country. At first it was a gut feeling and as I matured facts started to become more important than gut feelings. What hasn’t changed as I matured is my leaning toward the left of the political spectrum. During this past election both the facts and my gut feeling told me that Obama was the man for this time. This is the second election I’ve voted and this time I wasn’t disappointed.

About a half hour ago our 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, (God, I love saying that) took the oath of office and gave an incredible speech. It truly lived up to the hype surrounding it. It will surely go down in history as one of the greatest presidential addresses in out nation’s history if not for the content of the speech then for the fact that he is out first black president.

Obama is an incredible orator. There are so many elements of today’s address that moved me but I’ll go over some of the highlights. What I love about Barack is that he levels with you. And I use the word ‘you’ instead of ‘us’ or ‘we’ because when he speaks it feels as if he talking directly to you. I have no doubt that each and every one of the people present in D.C. today felt as if Obama was speaking directly to them. While Obama levels with you in the way he acknowledges America’s problems and challenges does it in a way that shows intelligence on his part. Its very interesting to see him do this through the use of pure honesty and language that isn’t quite flowery or inflated but deliberate and thoughtful.

He has a unique ability to inspire. Most politicians give speeches full of inflated, flowery language meant to inspire and everyone applauds their effort but it feels hollow. Those speeches felt fake. The words seem forced and obligatory. Obama’s speech on the other hand, was as real as you could get. His message was all about hope, change, meeting challenges, and it gave me a confidence not only in my country but in myself. His speech inspired me to strive for greatness. I haven’t read, heard or seen any speech that moved me like the one President Obama (saying that is like ecstasy) gave just over an hour ago.

As someone in my twenties I understand that the generation before me may not get this. That’s okay. What they need to remember, and I think Obama has put this message across on occasion, is that once you reach an age where you have children, you need to vote based on their best interest. Because my generation is the generation that will be running the world in the near future. Obama is everyone’s president but he is my generation’s president most of all. We put him in and we (I hope) will continue what he started long after he is gone.

Obama’s inauguration came just when this country really needed it. His message of hope is genuine. This man is not placating us. To those who would say people like me are just groupies I say stop looking at this moment in history through your filter of fear and denial and just listen to what Obama said today. If you were truly listening - not reading between the lines, analyzing the meaning of certain words, or comparing him to anyone else - then there is no doubt you have been inspired. I am proud to have Barack Obama as my president.

I went to bed last night hopeful and woke up afraid this morning. What changed? Change changed. November 4th was a celebration. That was the day that America immediately began repairing its image in the world. It was also the moment that allowed us to hope for a better future. It was a moment in such stark contrast to any and every moment brought to us by George W. Bush that it made me among so many others shed a tear. But the gravity of the situation we are in hasn’t hit for everyone yet. This morning it hit me.

 

We are no longer celebrating like we were - at least we shouldn’be. Its time to get back to reality and the reality is frightening. The time since Nov. 4th has gone by so quickly and now its Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Martin Luther is a man I respect greatly. He was a black man who spoke out against oppression at a time when black people were still considered second class citizens. Many don’t realize this. Even I find myself in disbelief sometimes. This was only around 50 years ago. Many people like to talk about it like they talk about the Civil War (A.K.A. the War of Northern Aggression  for you rednecks in denial) or the Revolutionary War - as if it were ancient history. But this sort of thing was going on in the 60’s!

MLK’s dream is being fulfilled every day. This isn’t necessarily all positive, though. The movement Martin Luther King was an integral part of also sparked backlash. There are hateful groups out there who idolize Hitler believing that the “White” race is superior to all others. In most cases like this I would just say “let them believe whatever they want”, but their beliefs aren’t the problem - its their actions. It was a racist who killed the reverent Martin Luther King Jr. A person of low intelligence, filled with fear leading to hate, who has been infected by the propaganda of the white supremacy movement.

These are people who have misplaced anger and fear. Many times something terrible has happened in their lives and their need for an explanation ultimately drives them to believe that a certain race of people are responsible. Speaking of being responsible, these people are anything but.

But this post isn’t about racism as much as it is about Obama. I had to go off on that tangent in order to connect to my next point.

 

I woke up afraid because of what happened to MLK. While we have come a long way from the 1960’s there are still White Supremacists and just plain racists out there. Some are crazy, and some are perfectly sane but both are capable of ending America’s dream of Hope before it begins. I don’t want to say the word… Assassination.

 

Assassination is something I fear. Of course there is stepped up security around Obama but all it takes is one bullet.  The fact that the Inauguration is the day after Martin Luther King Day makes me even more nervous. Its this coincidence that could really rile up the crazies. The little hamsters in their brains will start running on the wheel and they’ll muster up just enough brain power to create a thought then pervert that thought into a conspiracy theory. Then the conspiracy theory leads to a justification of the action.

We have to stop ignoring the gorilla in the room. There’s a higher risk of losing this president than any other. I was even a bit scared on election night when Barack was in Grant Park.

I think Obama will be good for this country. I think that race relations will get even better (as in some racists will tone it down and see the light). I think four years of Obama would get more done than sixteen years of Bush. I wish I could have dug into Bush in this post since its his last day but whatever. Lets all appreciate what we have in this new president and hope to God nothing happens to him.

On the Topic of Politics Everywhere

Homos, homos, everywhere. And a lot of people hate them. I have an unhealthy obsession with defending the honor of gay people. I’m sure they don’t need me to speak on their behalf. In fact how could any straight person speak on their behalf. That would be like the NCAA being run by a white guy. But anyway, its political theater Tuesday so I have a few things to talk about today, not just gay people. So no comprehensive post on one subject today. Instead I’ll be touching on a lot of subjects.

Last night I caught a bit of Bullshit O’Reilly’s show. He was talking “covering” Bush’s final press conference that happened yesterday. You’ll be surprised at what pissed me off. I didn’t get mad at the way he usually talks over anyone who doesn’t agree with him and gives more airtime to guests he agrees with even if he has two guests debating each other at once. I didn’t get mad at the usual propaganda/indoctrination consisting of labeling anyone against the war unpatriotic or America haters. I also didn’t get mad when he referred to sound economic advice as “a form of socialism” adding that the Democrats are Marxists. What I took issue with was a comment he made concerning Bush’s press conference. He talked about how Bush admitted making mistakes while implying that Bush shouldn’t have apologized because he couldn’t foresee the current trouble we’re in. Thats totally retarded. Its his job to anticipate problems. Furthermore Billo reinforced the idea that Bush inherited a recession. Bull. Shit. He created a recession. And if he wants to talk about things he inherited how about talking about the budget surplus he inherited and promptly squandered.

And what’s this crap about him keeping us safe? He boasts about not having been attacked since 9/11. That is nothing to be proud of. First off, he had plenty of time to act on what occurred that day. He had the intelligence reports warning him about this in August of 2001. I mean, what the hell? Was 9/11 a gimme? As far as I know, you don’t get a do-over when things like that happen.

But all this isn’t what made me mad while watching Bullshit O’Reilly. I come to expect these sort of lies (and that’s what they are, lies, there is no other word for them. I will not use euphemisms on this one because they don’t apply here) from his show. The kicker was when Bill O’Reilly declared that he has had many disagreements with George Bush. I almost dies laughing. That’s a tactic that Republicans use when they cross the line and start sounding way too fanatical. Every prominent Republican has used that line (especially on shows like O’Reilly’s and conservative talk radio) in order to avoid looking like an extreme fanatic that worships a doctrine instead of letting reason and logic guide them as well as to make them seem objective. I dare anyone to find a clip or transcript or anything proving that Hannity, the Golfer, O’Reilly, or any other prominent conservative talker has disagreed with Bush on anything. I don’t want to see instances where they think a certain measure needs to be taken further (there are plenty of those but they still support the idea in principal in those cases). If you can find me any instance of this you can write my next blog and it can be about any moronic conservative idea you want. I won’t even edit it. And it will stay here forever.

On the to gay rights. I hate people who say people choose to be gay. To those people I ask why? What do they gain? Why would someone choose to be gay with people like you in the world? These people point to pseudoscientific studies that prove their point and then call any substantive scientific evidence to the contrary pseudoscience just I call their science the same thing.

There has been research that shows gay men’s pituitary gland is formed differently than straight men’s. There is also a study that is very odd. The research examined people’s ring fingers in comparison to their index finger. Those people with ring fingers longer than their index finger got lots of testosterone in the womb. How much is dependent upon how much longer the ring finger is in comparison to the index finger. Those with longer ring fingers tend to be more aggressive. It has been shown that women with longer ring fingers are more likely to be gay than those with index fingers the same length or longer than their ring fingers. The study isn’t as conclusive with men. But it makes sense that if a lot of testosterone in the womb enlarges the ring finger then women with more testosterone in them will be more likely to partner with women. How’s that for scientific evidence Nancy Goldfuck. You can look the study up yourself. I heard about it on the radio. They said where you can find it but I forgot.

Now on to Sarah Palin. Her daughter is an unwed mother and high school drop out and her boyfriend is the same. This woman raised a child that did this and she wants to be president? First learn to manage your family, Suzy Homemaker. This woman needs to shut up. She blames everyone else for how bad the campaign… no, excuse me, she blames everyone for how bad she was in interviews and throughout the campaign including that prank call from Nicolas Sarcozy (spelling?) and never takes responsibility herself. By doing this she is making herself look even worse. She wants the presidency for all the wrong reasons. She is in love with herself. She could care less about the country. She just wants people to adore her. Having her as president is a scary prospect. And its not because shes a Republican. The woman didn’t even know what the job of the Vice President is. She couldn’t name a book, newspaper or magazine until weeks later on the campaign trail when she made a remark about a newspaper article about Obama’s relationship with Bill Eyeres (spelling?). Funny thing about that is the newspaper article she referenced was over two years old. Was she catching up or something? How the hell did she get a newspaper that was over two years old?

The woman is an idiot. I’m gonna totally gonna get hate comments for what I’m about to say next but I can’t stop myself… I can see where the gene for her baby’s condition came from.

How Right-Wing Radio Brainwashes

Last night on my way home from the OPEN MIC NIGHT I was listening to conservative talk radio. I usually listen to our liberal station here in Chicago WCPT (FM 99.9 92.5 92.7 AM820). It has a mix of of local shows and nationally syndicated AIR AMREICA programming as well as other lefty talkers like ED SCHULTZ. But since liveral radio is underfunded WCPT signs off between 9 and 11p.m. By the way, liberal radio is getting a bigger following these days. Maybe people are seing the light. Our local station (WCPT) went from a low power station at 850AM to a high power broadcast at 820AM extending the listening range then added three FM stations (99.9 95.7 95.2) extending the listening area all over Chicago and most suburbs - you can even pick it up in southern Wisconsin and western Indiana sometimes - all within a year. But I digress.

I was listening to MARK LEVIN last night who happens to come on after the bane of my existence Sean Hannity. At first I was only aware of the content - what he was saying and not the way he was saying it. He used certain words deliberately and used his tone carefully to achieve a desired effect in his listeners. This effect is brainwashing. Conservatives speak to our primitive reptilian brains. The part of the brain that processes hunger, thirst and all manner of very basic survival instincts. It is also the part of the brain that responds to fear. MARK LEVIN was railing against the auto bailout or loan or whatever you feel like calling it. I personally think they should get it. Repupretards were tripping over one another to help out their banking buddies which never helped “Main Street” like it was supposed to but then they have a heart attack over an auto worker making $30 an hour.

(I know they say its $70 or something like that but thats misinformation. They came up with that number by adding up salaries and benefits of all workers, retired and still on the job, then divided that number by only the amount of current employees, leaving out the retirees that they added in to begin with. That sure is fuzzy math. No wonder they got a big number out of it. That number still pales in comparison to what their banking buddies make and they had no problem giving them a TRILLION dollars.)

They’re blaming the victim. Republicans hate the middle class and poor people. But again I digress. Leving is saying what you’ve heard every gas bag liberal say on TV lately. He began saying that the Dems are Stalinists and not in a figurative way. He was saying that Democrats believe in and will enforce old school Soviet Union policies! He says these things as if they are facts! He presents them as facts!!!! Not opinions!!! His retard callers ate it up. But what do you expect from people who think OBAMA IS A SECRET MUSLIM who isn’t a US CITIZEN? They filter their reality so only information they like gets processed. Like a race horse wearing blinders. I’m getting off topic again….

So Levin is spewing shit and his listeners are eating and enjoying said shit. Then a woman calls with an intelligent opinion. Granted she was a conservative but when someone has a smart opinion I have to give them credit. She agreed with Levin on every point except one. She tries to explain her opinion but Levin keeps yelling over her, actively trying not to hear anything he doesn’t believe. He dumps her call and proceeds to call her names like idiot and moron and so on. This is where the brain washing comes in. Levin has the show so he is an authority figure. This gives him the ability to spew garbage while still maintaining authority over the subject at hand. He yells his opinions. This appeals to the reptilian brain. For some reason Repubs think that if you can yell your opinion louder than the next guy it makes you right. He maintains a veneer of knowledge by intimidating those who challenge him. Then there’s the name calling. This serves to disqualify another’s opinion. If the caller is a moron then Mark Levin must be smart and ultimately right. And people eat this up. They listen to him passively and don’t realize that he is gaining your favor by trickery.

Liberals tend to talk to people like grownups. They don’t stick their fingers in their ears while shouting “La La LaLaLa La La LaLa, I can’t hear you!” like Repubretards. That’s just one reason I’m a liberal.

…And what’s with Mark Levin calling Obama Milhouse? I don’t get the reference. Is it a joke?

Why Liberals are sissies. By some idiot.

Sorry I haven’t been writing this past week. I’ve been learning programming because I’m trying to design a new layout for the site. It looks pretty good so far. I have it 90% done. All it needs are a few bells and whistles and some tweaks under the hood. Unfortunately that last 10% will be the hardest. I didn’t think it could get any harder. So I’ll post a picture of what it will look like.

Now, remember my rant on Sarah Palin? The one I apologized for because my writing style was sub-par on that post? Well I asked anyone who agrees with what she stands for to defend her. The rules were that one must defend the woman and not just insult the author. Its easy to insult someone you disagree with but if you’re truly right and you truly know what you’re talking about then you should be able to put up a defense. Well I only got one reply. I didn’t expect much since know one really knows about this site. But the one I got was a dandy! Lets go through it together, shall we? This is from Thepatriots1776:

Republicans like you love to use the language of patriotism to sell something that in reality is far from it. Like, let’s see what I can think of off the top of my head… the Patriot Act. You know, the one you probably love because you don’t understand that it takes a metaphorical torch to the Constitution. But I’m getting off topic. This certainly is a typical liberal post. It contains facts that are clearly labeled and opinions that aren’t labeled as facts. It was created by using logic and reason to get across a message that one can agree or disagree with.

After you state the obvious you imply that you are going to start defending the stupidity of liberals. Thats mighty kind of you but I asked you to defend your shit sandwich of an ex-vice presidential candidate. Then you encourage us stupid liberals to go educate ourselves. Now if we went and educated ourselves then there would be no stupidity to defend. Please sir, make up your mind. Do you want to defend liberal stupidity or would you have us uneducated liberals watch FOX news, become evangelicals, and persecute our fellow humans (the gays) so that we may gain some of your superior knowledge.

Mr Patriotic I assure you that I know what I am talking about. You see, I read books. I listen to all views on a subject before I form an opinion. I’m sorry maybe thats not a fair argument. I am aware that those of you on the retarded side of the aisle don’t need to read or listen to any viewpoint you don’t like. I know you get all your opinions from Rush Druggy or Bill O’Reilly, or from Hannity’s Heaping Helping of Horse shit and propaganda. We liberals have to work to learn and because of that I envy you. You have it pretty easy.

The part where you talk about liberals believing that

“anyone should be allowed to do anything to anyone anytime anywhere without consequences”

is a little misinformed. See, you guys believe that also. The difference is where we apply that belief. Liberals want that right to go to humans. Now of course I’m going to be nice and assume you really don’t believe liberals condone things like murder or anything that harms another person (and don’t give me any shit about abortion- thats a whole other subject). So aside from harming another person we believe humans have inherent rights. Sure. Now conservative believe that those rights will be given to the uber-rich and the uber-powerful companies. And when it comes to the people, they’ll let the evangelicals decide which rights we’re worthy of.

Now on the subject of political cowardice- You equate that to political correctness. How so? I mean I’ve been reading between the lines this entire time in order to garner any real substance between your inane blathering and random insults. Now on this political cowardice remark I’m stumped. Let’s have an example.

Are you making a threat on the United States? What is that supposed to mean? Does it mean conservatives are all panicking now that they American people threw them out of office so now they’re planning a War on America? Is the Republican candidate in 2012 gonna run on a platform of Civil war? And what do you mean its like nothing we’ve heard of in history class? I guess I don’t know because I didn’t attent. All liberals hate history class. You got us… friggin ‘tard.

Now here is the funniest part. This guy throws out that bullshit about Obama not being born in the US. He was. Since you declined my challenge to defend Sarah Palin I dont expect you to take me up on this one but I’ll throw it out there. You send me all the evidence you have of this retarded claim and I will respond in kind with an answer to each and every bit of evidence you can send me. And if I can’t defend Barack’s honor I will allow you to write my next blog. You can be as mean as you want to liberals. Spew right wing propaganda. Whatever. If I lose, you send me anything you want posted and I will post it on my liberal blog. It will appear unedited and with no comments from me.

And then this guy ends the piece with a generic comment about liberal futures coming to an end or something, yada yada yada.

So hear this: Anyone who actually believes Obama isn’t a citizen send me your evidence (in bullet point form please, I’m not about to read your disertation on the subject) and I will refute it point by point. If I can’t then you can write a hateful, libelous blog about how you hate gays and we should kill ‘em because you’re still in the closet and if you admit to yourself the truth the world won’t make sense anymore or whatever the hell it is Conservatives write about. It’ll probably all be an attempt to mask their latent homosexuality though.

Yes We Did!/Life goes smoother with an opiate chaser

I was up all night watching the returns. I am proud of this country for the first time in seven long years. When Bush ran for his first term I knew squat about politics. I was fifteen years old in 2000. My parents were what you would call low information voters. And believe it or not I was able to influence my mother’s vote. I told her to vote for Bush. Why? Because he was just more exciting than Al Gore. It had everything to do with Gore’s voice. It was like listening to Ben Stein not saying anything funny. I was close to getting my driver’s license after September 11th. I remember where I was and what I was doing that day and I can honestly say that even at that young age I was able to feel in my bones that everything after that day was not right for lack of a better word. And as I got more interested in the state of the country/world I realized that every major policy Bush enacted after September 11th took away more of our rights and enriched the already strenuously engorged pockets of the richest few. I was sure the citizenry saw this and would choose Kerry in ‘04 and when they didn’t I slumped down in my chair and watched in disbelief along with the rest of the world while Bush recklessly steered our country toward a cliff. Last night was so sweet a victory it eclipses all the reasons I have compiled to be ashamed of our government. And I know, just like Barack said last night, this election isn’t the change we’re looking for but an opportunity for it to materialize.

I knew as soon as Pennsylvania was called for Obama that he had it in the bag. I was switching between MSNBC, the Daily Show coverage, and FOX (just to see them squirm). When Barack got to 207 I called it in my house. Of course only my mother and sister were listening but I called it nonetheless. Then I switched to the Daily Show for a while and right after Steven Colbert went off on a rant about his feelings Jon Stewart announced it. I got goosebumps. And yes, I cried… on the inside. (I held off the real crying for when I was alone.) I learned later that ABC called it when I did. I’m that good. Maybe they can give me a job. 

And so Barack won. What will Fixed Noise do now that their pals are out of office? Can they honestly keep up the fake outrage? Will they be able to spin every last thing the Democrats do into something anti-American? Its gonna be hard work being so negative because they’re going to have nothing but Democratic proposals do deal with. And what of John McCain? Will he now fire those idiot campaign managers of his after its too late? Poor guy, maybe we can help him sell one of his houses and move him into a nice retirement home in Florida-WHERE HE LOST! HAHAHAHAHA I’m sorry, I know its too soon but I’m an asshole.

 

Now on a personal note… What is the deal with doctors’ answering services? I called and told the lady I had an emergency and she told me the doctor would call me back. Now I didn’t really have an emergency but he doesn’t know that. I just need some meds and I can’t get them because he’s booked solid until the end of the month. I keep trying to take any cancellations but there are none. So here I am. Suffering because a doctor doesn’t answer an EMERGENCY page! I mean if a doc can’t answer an emergency page what the hell does he do when he gets a regular one. Sit on it till next month? What the hell?

So either I’m gonna go out and score some smack or this asshole is gonna call me back. I’ve been waiting since this morning. I would have posted about the election earlier but its hard to do anything these days without my opiate chaser: Suboxone.

Today is the day

I’ve been watching the coverage since six this morning. I can’t wait until the returns start coming in. Honestly, I truly do believe that Obama has this in the bag. This thing should be a landslide. About a month or so ago I talked to a guy who was a higher up in the Obama campaign and he told me that their internal numbers showed Obama winning 47 of the 50 states. That would be an embarassment for McCain. I believe Obama will kick some ass but at the same time I fear Obama supporters may get complacent and not vote and I never doubt the Republican’s ability to lie cheat and steal to win elections. 

If my man Barack loses this thing then you know it was stolen. The McCain campaign has become a parody of itself. I think John and Palin’s appearances on SNL served to make themselves into charicatures of themselves. No one can take them seriously now. And the flat out lies that are being thrown out there by them reak of desperation. After a long and honorable term of service in the house and then the senate John McCain’s career is ending with a death rattle. A death rattle, in my opinion, sounds kinda like a cat coughing up a hairball. Meanwhile Obama is kicking ass and taking names. I wasn’t always so critical of McCain. But after seeing his campaign grasp at straws the way it has I feel embarrassed for the man.

If you haven’t voted already what the hell are you waiting for? Do it! But if you like McCain then you can probably stay home. I mean he’s gonna lose anyway, right?
